Seeing: Research on ocular diseases
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), serious eyesight problems are increasing significantly throughout the world, mainly due to the ageing population.

Facing the expansion of these pathologies and the number of people affected by them (the WHO forecasts double the number of serious sight problems per year by the year 2030) it was essential to organise research in order to discover rapidly new preventive and curative treatments.
This is the task the French and international collaborators, within the Foundation Voir & Entendre and the Vision Institute, have given themselves.
